Hey Ya'll Heeeyy!!
I started my own Loc journey in May of 2022 and CHIIIILLE I must say, I am learning to love on me in a different kind of way, while also having more patience with myself during the process. Locs for me represent a space of freedom and self-acceptance. As a creative, I'm also learning to enjoy the art of my hair in its totality.
My Loc journey goes beyond just watching my hair transform...but it's also about enjoying the evolution of who I am BEcoming. And being intentional about healing and evolving into who God has called me to be consists of me stepping out of my comfort zone, and allowing peace, love, and light to exist and bloom in spaces of uncertainty. So far, I've discovered a different level of strength, passion, and freedom.
And for that,
I am thankful.
